Apple and Salmon Ceviche
| I6oz | Apple diced |
| 6ozs | Salmon diced |
| /4 cup | Onion |
| 1/4 cup | Tomato diced |
| 1/2 cup | Yellow Bell Peppers |
| 1/4 cup | Cilantro chropped |
| 1/4 cup | Lime Juice |
| 1 tblsp | Lemon juice |
| 2 tblsp | Orange Juice |
| pinch | sugar |
| 1 tsp | Cumin |
| 1 tblsp | Chili Power |
| to taste | Salt |
| to taste | Pepper |
Preparation
Dice all ingredients add to a large bowl
All all liquid and seesonings except salt and pepper
Mix gently to fold all juices and seasonings
Add Salt and pepper to taste, cover and refrigerate
for at least two hours, for best results leave overnight.
